A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free of cost (to a certain extent). We will transfer your web site(s) to our high–end cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping web hosting providers can result in lost information and unnecessary network downtime. This is why we’ll perform all that for you for free!We have skillful administrators whose primary task is to make sure that your website functions exactly as it did on your previous hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon well–known applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are plenty of factors to think about – the overall number of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the current workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. That being said, we do our best to implement all web site migrations within a 48–hour period. Smaller web sites are migrated much faster – typically within 24 hours.

A: We do not require any personal data. We will need, though, the login info for your current web hosting account and the name of the web site that you’d like to transfer.

A: Customer privacy is among our chief priorities – that is why, both our payment page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–level SSLs. We employ safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and administrative procedures to safeguard the information that we acquire on the web. And we have a detailed and strict Privacy Policy, which outlines the types of information that we collect.

A: Your web site will continue to work just like it did before with your former hosting provider. After we are done with the transfer, your website will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we will alert you to preview it. If everything is working correctly, all you will have to do is modify the name server records pertaining to your domain. Your web site will be transferred to us without any downtime.

A: Nah. We will never contact your hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website migration either.

A: Yep. We support all standard Linux–driven web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, as we do not provide Windows hosting solutions ourselves.In addition, we don’t support proprietary site creation and administration user interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
